Getting In

The front door has a Wyze smart lock. Your custom code is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

• To unlock: press the screen until the numbers light up, enter your code, and press the unlock button.
• To lock: make sure the door is tightly closed, then press the lock button.

WiFi

Kitchen Appliances

Open the dishwasher, press the power button, and select whatever options you'd like. Give the start button a short press (you should hear a chime), then close the dishwasher — time remaining will show on the small screen. Dishwasher pods are located under the kitchen sink.

Ice can be accessed on the fridge door, or by opening the freezer — on the left side there are two options (larger and smaller cubes) along with a scoop.

Fridge water is filtered and available to use.

The switch is located to the left of the sink.

Laundry

Washer: select your options and use the detergent found in the little cart between the washer and dryer.

Dryer: select your options — please clean the lint trap at the bottom of the opening after every use.

Cleaning supplies and laundry supplies are located on the cart between the washer and dryer.

Safety

The fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit are located under the kitchen sink, should the need arise.

Grill — Back Patio

There's a pellet grill and smoker on the back patio. Wood pellets are located underneath the grill, and grill tools hang on the side.

• Before turning on, check that the hopper on the left has pellets.
• Press the power button, twist the black knob to select your temperature, then press the knob to confirm and start the grill.
• The grill typically takes about 30–40 minutes to warm up.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

• Primary Room: Queen bed
• Second Bedroom: Queen bed
• Third Bedroom: Two twin beds

Towels are hanging in the bathrooms. Additional towels and bedding are available in the linen closet in the hallway.

TVs

Living Room: remote is located on the mantle under the TV. It should be connected to WiFi — feel free to log in to whatever apps you'd like, just be sure to log out before you leave.

Primary Room: remote is located on the TV stand.

Trash & Yard

Pickup is early Friday morning — we recommend putting the green garbage bin out Thursday night. The bin is located outside the laundry room back door. Additional trash bags are under the kitchen sink.

Provided at no additional cost.

Feel free to use either gate on either side of the house for the backyard — they're unlocked. If you have pets, please keep the gates closed, and please pick up after them.

There's a fire pit under the roof of the shed, covered with a cover. Feel free to move it and use it anywhere in the backyard or patio.

Utilities

Mail & Deliveries

We advise against having USPS mail delivered to this address during your stay — it's beneficial to you, for tax reasons, not to have your name officially tied to this address as a place of residence.

Amazon, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and similar deliveries are no problem at all — feel free to use those as much as you'd like.

To avoid loss of your security deposit, please:

• No parties or events of any kind
• No smoking in the home or on the premises
• No pets that have not been reported in the lease
• Be courteous and considerate of our neighbors
